Louisiana rapper Will Wes cleverly and fittingly cultivated his own brand moniker of hip-hop known as trap/pop. While he wears ear gauges and has visible tattoos scribbled across his face and neck, it’s his extreme musical dexterity to switch between tones and genres with seamless precision that makes him a star stand out.

On the chill yet upbeat single “Call It All,” which has the power to resonate with diverse audiences, Will sets the bar high for the rest of the emerging rap set. The record is bouncy with snappy rhythms that create a mood through the lyrics and production making it a certified classic. The accompanying video for the track further displays what a truly unique talent Will is being that he is both artistic and entertaining. It shows off his chameleonic versatility, raw energy and punk swagger. “Call It All,” reveals an artist on the verge of career greatness who’s swiftly transitioning from underdog to unstoppable.

Meet Will Wes, a must-hear new rapper from a small town in Louisiana called Houma, an hour out from New Orleans. Formerly being signed to Kevin Gates’ previous label Dead Game records, Will Wes has what it takes to achieve stardom with the help of his new label W.A.E. Entertainment. Not only does Will spit fire when he raps, but he is creating his own niche lane of music called Trap/Pop which is pop music over trap beats. Musically, Will has been compared to Kendrick Lamar, Tory Lanez, and Travis Scott. He has a very unique style sporting all black, ear gauges, and having tattoos on his face and neck. It’s safe to say that Will Wes has the star presence along with the star talent!

Recently, Will released a song called “Pull Up”, which already became the talk of the town and internet.

Will and his Los Vegas team, W.A.E Entertainment (acronym for “we all eat entertainment”) are making sure that all of his unreleased music has just the right sound in order to put out his full project. He has been recording music and videos all across the country, spending lots of productive time on the west coast. Will has major goals of gaining worldwide attention and admiration from hip hop fans. And instead of being confined to one genre or style of future collaborations, he would love to work with all types of artists from different backgrounds. Mr. Wes is eclectic and open-minded; he has all the qualities that it takes to make it.

Stay tuned for Will Wes’s music and everything else from W.A.E Entertainment.

Bred in a small Louisiana town called Houma just an hour from New Orleans and few hours from Baton Rouge, self-described Trap/Pop rapper Will Wes is gaining widespread attention online for his counter culture look crossover appeal to his music.

Sporting ear gauges, all black and tattoos across his face and neck Will Wes is all in on his music career and the fans are starting to notice – not just for his looks but also for his varied sound.

“When people see me, its going to f*ck your head up and I’m totally different from anyone else. I’m me and I’m not anyone else,” Will Wes explained. “It’s this thing I call trap-pop and I don’t see many artists doing it. It’s stuff Ive seen in the streets and its also that popish feeling of listening to Justin Bieber. You blend it together and you got Trap/Pop. Pop music over trap beats.”

Staying busy over the last month in Las Vegas, NV and Oakland, CA, Will Wes is working at a furious pace to earn the attention and admiration of Hip-Hop fans worldwide.

“We got a whole bunch of unreleased music and right now we are just working on making the right sound. Once we get enough to put out a full tape,” Will Wes said. “I might be in New York, I might be in New Orleans. Right now I’m in go mode in Vegas a couple of photo shoots and some video shoots, like I said I’m never in once place.”

With the help of his label W.A.E., an acronym for We All Eat, his team is hoping that they have just enough to push Will Wes over the top to stardom.

“If I just keep doing what I’m doing, I just gotta stay consistent, stay in they faces. I got some new videos and new music that are getting ready to drop very, very soon. I’m pretty much an open book, follow the movement and keep expecting big steps from. Me I’m here to be around, I’m trying to be everywhere, its about that longevity.
