Pro Era member Nyck Caution is not one to be slept on. His upcoming project is still nameless, but that’s secondary. Rapping  over an intentionally underwhelming MF DOOM-produced instrumental (DOOM rarely produces or raps over loud or bombastic beats), Caution flexes his lyrical muscles, notably switching up his flow for the instrumental’s blindsiding “squeaky” moment. Listen below. This is how the pros sound.

Side note: it’s nice to see that  DOOM is still producing, but it’s kind of interesting that his most consistent customer base for his [new] beats is Pro Era (He also  produced Joey Bada$$‘ “Amethyst Rockstar.”) Thoughts?
