Rich White Ladies drop a hilariously inventive visual for “White Powder Perm.” The Bronx duo (Tokyo Diiva & Scotty Rebel) seem about as enigmatic as you can get on “White Powder Perm,” combining elements of rap, urban pop, and electronic funk all while satirically (and maybe literally) flipping the middle finger to people’s interpretation of mainstream artistic expression. Two old white women rapping, smoking a blunt, and counting cash, what more could you ask for? Oh, and don’t forget the cat.
