Code Nine X Purpose, members of Tragic Allies, come together for this terrific song to make magic. Purpose has worked with other artists, however, this collab proves itself special. Gritty lo-fi soul peppered with street slang is the perfect way to describe the duo’s sound. The two mesh together well, Code with his rough voice and Purpose with eclectic beats. Furthermore, Code’s solo skill outside of Tragic Allies is highlighted in the track.

Code and Purpose choose to take a simple approach with the visual. It seems like the duo captures a day in their neighborhood, what the song is truly about. An image is developed in the listener’s mind, and the visual portrays just that; there is a story being told, and the true-to-life visual formulates itself, in a sense.
