“Hi-Tech” Hussle delivers another cinematic single titled “Last Time That I Checc’d” featuring YG, from his highly-anticipated debut studio album Victory Lap.

”Last Time That I Checc’d” is co-produced by rising producers Mike & Keys, Rance from 1500 or Nothin’, and Brody Brown.

And I come through fly, no co-sign
I ain’t need radio to do mine, I done fine
And I take my time, and take my tribe
Every level that I crossed in this game like state lines
It was visionary, either I’m genius or you n***as scary
Maybe it’s both and this balance I deliver daily
For every n***a in the streets trying to feed the babies

Nipsey has mastered the art of the sale but now furthermore stresses the importance of controlling ownership and creating levels to the brand that will offer incentives to those consumers who are engaging with the brand and its products.

After the release of his first single “Rap N****s” last month, it looks like Nipsey is rolling out his campaign fluently and precisely with all roads leading to Los Angeles for NBA All-Star Weekend 2018 and the release of Victory Lap, which drops on February 16th.

Magazine cover story, Nipsey Hussle stopped by Power 106’s The Cruz Show, where he got into everything from chopping it up with Jay-Z and Lyor Cohen to building his new four-room studio. During the interview, Nipsey describes his fans as some of the most hard-working, ambitious fans an artist could have, which isn’t all too surprising considering the fact that like-minded individuals tend to gravitate towards each other.

Nipsey also discusses getting major love from the East Coast, collaborating with Jonah Berger, author of the book Contagious (where got some of his boss marketing ideas from) and taking his time with his debut album, “Victory Lap.” Check it out below and be sure to get your tickets to Powerhouse 2015 if you’re in the L.A. area.
