Music foot soldier and now Grand Hustle affiliate Travi$ Scott seems poised to deliver his highly anticipated Owl Pharaoh. First, though, he is dropping off the full version of the raucous “Upper Echelon”. After starting 2013 off with a bang, releasing “Quintana” and making this years XXL Freshmen class, Scott is continuing to build momentum with another banger from his debut.
