Chukwuemeka Nnamdi Onyejekwe, otherwise known as Mekka Don, brings his focus to Ohio State University in the first single off his highly anticipated upcoming EP, UNDISPUTED. The single “Undisputed” pays homage to the Buckeye state’s football team and was released in celebration for Ohio State’s championship win at the College Football Playoff National Championship.

The track begins with an audio clip of a raucous crowd screaming “O-H-I-O” and transitions into a catchy rhythm that is sure to get your head bumpin’ to the beat. Mekka Don raps about his Buckeye pride in a way that’s subtle yet gets his point across; he is a proud Ohio native and Buckeye fan, as the university is his own alma mater. Yet that doesn’t mean those without Ohio roots can’t enjoy this track. Keep a look out for more Mekka Don in the future, as his full-length EP is due to release this March.
