Gillie Da Kid has dropped the video for one of his most impressive tracks to date. “Tryna Get Me One” is a personal, pained song about where Gillie and guest rhymer Pusha T are from. The revealing lyrics about each rapper’s rough childhood–“My eldest brother is still a user / my momma cry but keep faith in that loser”–are paired with footage of a zombie rampage, as if to say you watch disaster movies?
