Al Horford spent nine years with the Atlanta Hawks. While in the A-T-L, Horford became a four time NBA All Star, was an NBA Shooting Stars champion during NBA All Star All Star weekend in 2011 and made the NBA’s All Rookie First Team and All-NBA Third Team in 2011. Leaving Atlanta was bittersweet for the big man as he left the team that drafted him and went to the northeast.

As per Tim Cato of SB Nation:

“Horford’s departure from Atlanta was a bit rocky. An hour before he signed with the Celtics, it was reported that he was likely returning to the Hawks despite the fact that the team had already signed Dwight Howard. It was thought the Hawks might trade Paul Millsap while keeping Horford, but he decided against returning.”

Horford signed a four-year $113 million contract with the Boston Celtics. Many were upset with his decision, especially Hawks fans. When Horford made his return to Atlanta in January, the fans booed him! They booed him during Celtics pregame introductions, when Horford was at the free throw line and when the Hawks honored him during their video tribute. They were NOT having any parts of it!

Horford also added four assists, a steal and a block during the Celtics’ 104-95  win over the Chicago Bulls, Sunday at the United Center.

One person who is missing Horford’s production in Atlanta is rapper, TI. On last week’s episode of Scoop B Radio Overtime, T.I. shared his thoughts about not just Horford but Jeff Teague:

T.I. is definitely one of Hip Hop’s most outspoken artists, so when he sent a message to warn minorities in the entertainment industry of “Willie Lynch” agenda-people listened.

After penning published open letters to both Donald Trump and President Obama, T.I. created three video messages via his Instagram to offer insight to the world and minorities in the entertainment industry on why they should not be taking meetings with President-elect Donald Trump.

In the videos,  the Grammy award winning emcee breaks down why Kanye West and Steve Harvey‘s meetings with Trump are detrimental to the black community as a whole and why he feels they were chosen.

“Trump knew that young people were against him, so who does he get to appeal to them-Kanye West. Why? Not because they buy his shoes or listen to his music, but to sway the young people who are against Trump that he’s ‘not that bad.'”

But T.I. didn’t stop there, he then went on to speak to Steve Harvey and Rev. Martin Luther King III letting them know they should “know better.”

“Steve Harvey you should know better and Rev. King he called you in on your daddy’s birthday, you should know better than that. Willie Lynch, read on it.”

The video series comes three days after T.I. penned his own letter to the President-elect, which served as the second letter in a series of open letters addressing social issues.

In the letter T.I., which appears on RollingStone.com, wrote that he wants the letter to serve as an opportunity to share “what many of us would like you to see” during Trump’s presidency.

“Should it ever at times seem as though we are against you, I assure you it’s a result of you defining yourself as the representative for those who are and who always have been against us,” he wrote.“The deck has always been stacked against us in this country. With every generation, there have been strategic steps taken to oppress, imprison and control US. All we’ve ever wanted was equality and empathy as the historically disenfranchised citizens that we are, in a nation that we’ve contributed to just as much as anyone else who calls America their home.”

T.I. and Tiny are headed for splits-ville, and it’s officially for real this time.

According to TMZ, Tiny filed for divorce after they’ve been married for only six years. Back in 2010, they married each other in Miami, although they’ve been together since 2001. Between the two of them, they have two sons and an infant daughter, Heiress, that was born just a few short months ago.

According to inside sources, T.I. and Tiny’s marriage has been a bit rocky for months now. Trouble followed the Family Hustle co-stars after a photo of Tiny standing next to Tip’s sworn enemy— Floyd Mayweather— popped up online. The picture was taken at Mariah Carey’s Halloween party.

As a quick refresher, T.I. and Mayweather have been at odds for years after a public brawl broke out back in 2014.

When the older generation, embraces the younger generation, its always an incredible thing. To know that you’re working with some of the people you looked up to growing up must be an amazing feeling. I’m sure that’s exactly how Quavo was feeling when he linked with T.I. to drop their collaboration video with Champs Sports and Under Armour titled, “Baller Alert.” In the video you can see T.I. and Quavo hanging with New York Jets Receiver, Brandon Marshall in the studio discussing the track and how dope it is.

“Champs wanted us to bring something positive and give it that electric sound, give it something new and be a part of the wave. For the creative visual aspect, Under Armour got the top ballers in the game with everybody on their team right now, and it’s only right to have the top ballers in the rap and hip-hop game to be on the song — myself and T.I. Producer Lex Luger did the beat, so everything was just magic.” says Quavo.

Straight out of the DMV, HippieLifeKrew’s own Visto links up with a familiar face and an Austrailian goddess.  Yep, I’m talking about T.I.’s son, Domani Harris, and Austrailian singer, Emmaline for the music video of his song “Namaste”.  With earthly visuals provided by Mother Nature, herself, and director Minista Millz (Minista Cinema), it provides a euphoric place of calmness to go with the vibes of the song. It’s different, in a positive way that it’s an escape from the mainstream.  A great message. Check out Domani when he first reacts to the track after the jump.
