<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Livio</strong> hails from Seattle, WA, but his presence on the west coast far exceeds his humble beginnings.  In bringing an educated flow to his rhymes, Livio has secured a seat among other prominent underground emcees.  Similarly, a growing internet presence has netted some additional recognition for the up and coming hip hop artist.  His collaboration with producer <strong>Funkdaddy</strong> (<strong>Funkdaddy Records</strong>) has proved fruitful not only in terms of exposure, but also with regard to learning the ins &amp; outs of the rap game.  The west coast has seen a rise in the number of big name artists, but the underground game has some talent too.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://i0.wp.com/respect-mag.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/LIVIO-Fan-Club-3.jpeg"><img decoding="async" data-attachment-id="6937" data-permalink="https://respect-mag.com/2011/07/mixtape-review-livio-saturday-night-live/livio-fan-club-3/" data-orig-file="https://i0.wp.com/respect-mag.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/LIVIO-Fan-Club-3.jpeg?fit=409%2C510&amp;ssl=1" data-orig-size="409,510" data-comments-opened="1" data-image-meta="{&quot;aperture&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;credit&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;camera&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;caption&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;created_timestamp&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;copyright&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;focal_length&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;iso&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;shutter_speed&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;title&quot;:&quot;&quot;}" data-image-title="LIVIO Fan Club-3" data-image-description="" data-image-caption="" data-medium-file="https://i0.wp.com/respect-mag.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/LIVIO-Fan-Club-3.jpeg?fit=300%2C374&amp;ssl=1" data-large-file="https://i0.wp.com/respect-mag.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/LIVIO-Fan-Club-3.jpeg?fit=409%2C510&amp;ssl=1" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-6937" title="LIVIO Fan Club-3" src="https://i0.wp.com/respect-mag.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/LIVIO-Fan-Club-3.jpeg?resize=368%2C459" alt="" width="368" height="459" data-recalc-dims="1" /></a></p>
<p>In case you&#8217;re crunched for time or just debating which songs to listen to here are my top 5 tracks off the mixtape:</p>
<p><strong>Look It Up: </strong>On the second song of the mixtape Livio puts his stamp on the track.  A mellow beat gives him the chance to show out, and if you still don&#8217;t know his name, look it up.</p>
<p><strong>Do My Thing: </strong>Livio&#8217;s verse fits perfectly with the theme because no one is going to deter him from his course.  Nevertheless, some much needed variety works its way in here and gives some depth to the track.</p>
<p><strong>These Muthafu  az Mad: </strong>Here Livio lets the naysayers know that they can hate, but it won&#8217;t do them any good.</p>
<p><strong>High Times: </strong>It seems like everyone is putting out an ode to weed, but here Livio lets it go over a chill beat.  The beat is sure to have any listener entranced, and the lyrics don&#8217;t disappoint.</p>
<p><strong>That&#8217;s The Way I Feel: </strong>This was my favorite track on the mixtape.  A dope beat sets the table for Livio to lay some of his best verses, letting us know how he feels.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Listen to the mixtape <a href="http://blog.coast2coastmixtapes.com/2011/07/livio-saturday-night-live-mixtape/">HERE</a></p>
