RESPECT. Magazine’s Tracy Mitchell had the pleasure of sitting down with rising music industry entrepreneur H Eighty Eight during his visit to New York City. Although the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania figure has a lot on his plate in his day to day, it’s evident he does a wonderful job balancing the numerous roles. Whether  H is hosting his show The Ear Plugs on XXL Dash Radio or he’s working as the co-founder and creative director of The Sound Gallery studio, he’s surely making his mark in the Philly music scene. As he’s making his way into the industry and preparing to put together the next big show in his area, Tracy asks him about his show on Dash Radio, Entrepreneurship, and how he manages to stay Motivated throughout his days.
