The most awkwardly brilliant duo in modern hip hop joined forces on Kanye West‘s ‘Freestyle 4’ off  of his latest album: “The Life of Pablo” just a few short weeks ago. They decided to go in yet again on a new freestyle. According to XXLmag the freestyle was recorded by a soundcloud user via the Golf Media app‘s live stream. The original sound clip has been converted to HQ for a better listening experience, check it out below:

A$AP Rocky hails from Harlem, New York with a keen sense of fashion and an artistic vision for acting and directing films such as “Dope.” Tyler, The Creator is exactly that, a creator! He came into the rap game fresh out of Ladera Heights, California with a style of alternative hip hop that was uniquely his own. A$AP and Tyler are both pioneers of their respective groups, A$AP Mob and Golf Wang which have continued success from the streets to the screen. Anything that comes from this unlikely pair should be considered art, to say the least.

The “Rocky and Tyler Tour” came to an end last October after starting in Lowell, MA and concluding in Dallas, TX. It seemed as though the collaborations and unorthodox freestyles might also come to an end, but neither artist shows signs of breaking up this uncanny yet beautiful bromance. They have created a new feel to the music that they produce. They also show the rap game that you don’t have to stay within a secluded realm of artists that are similar in style. Maybe this will spark ideas to branch out for other artists as well. This may just be the new avant garde of hip hop! Stay on the lookout for more heat from A$AP Rocky and Tyler, The Creator!

When you get two exuberant personalities such as Nardwuar and Tyler, The Creator together; you are bound to have incredibly entertaining content ahead of you. Though Tyler had just woken up and was feeling a little sluggish, he was still as entertaining as ever in this latest dialogue with Nardwuar. Odd Future ringleader Tyler, The Creator is set to release his own television network, available to stream directly from the Internet. Eliminating the cable network stations and their affiliates, Tyler is teaming up with former ABC and Yahoo senior executive Lloyd Braun and his new company, Whalerock, to bring an all-access channel of everything on Tyler, The Creator’s mind.

Tyler announced the news at the Code/Media conference in Dana Point, California yesterday, explaining, “I’m creating my own MTV, my own Cartoon Network on this thing. It’s just basically my brain in one place.”

Tyler and the Odd Future crew have already been highly successful with their Adult Swim television show Loiter Squad, which makes it easy to assume that the upcoming network will showcase equally hilarious and creative content. The new network will be available as soon as June as an app or on the web, offering viewers a significant amount of free content in addition to paid subscriptions that would give users extra videos or programs and further access to the site.

Digging around on the internet usually leads you to dark, sordid parts of the deep web (and usually a spiral of Wikipedia entries), but once in a while you’ll stumble on a gem. YouTube user Odd Davud has been quietly uploading rare Odd Future recordings over the past couple of weeks and they’re sonic throwbacks to the group’s darker, grungier days. Among the uploads is a 2010 outtake from Earl Sweatshirt called “Rats,” produced by Tyler, the Creator. The song is only 90 seconds and therefore likely was never finished, but it’s lo-fi, angry, and murky. We also have have a better quality version of Tyler’s demo called “Heart of Gold.” Check out everything below.

Odd Future’s Adult Swim show Loiter Squad had an eventful moment last night. Tyler, the Creator transformed into his alter ego Young Nigga for a new, trap-inspired record. The video begins with a press conference announcing the new song, which features YouTube sensation Ice JJ Fish and a lion named Damonté. This is pretty much exactly what you think it’s going to be. Tyler, the Photographer. In the latest issue of Oyster Magazine, the Odd Future frontman was able to show off his camera skills in a photoshoot with Belgian model Rose Bertram. In the interview for the magazine, Bertram says she and Tyler have known each other for years, which is clearly visible in the casual, laid-back nature of the shoot.
