Last week we got the Adrian Younge version of Twelve Reasons to Die. This week the fans are in for another treat with Mello Music Group‘s Apollo Brown dropping his own cut. The Brown Tape was originally released on cassette but has since sold out. Yeah, you read that correctly: cassette.

Due to it’s high demand, Soul Temple has now released a digital version. Apollo Brown definitely did his thing on the production end, so check out the album stream below. Was it better than Adrian Younge’s version? Let us know.

Ghostface Killah & Adrian Younge’s Twelve Reasons To Die is slated to drop next week. There’s also an alternate edition produced by Apollo Brown, entitled The Brown Tape, on the way. The limited edition release will only available in cassette format. These tapes will be given away, along with Issue One of the Twelve Reasons To Die comic book, for free with the purchase of the CD or LP of Twelve Reasons To Die at participating independent record retailers across the country.
