]]> Dizzy Wright The Golden AgeDizzy Wright has released his highly anticipated mixtape The Golden Age. The Las Vegas rapper is joined by a few of his Funk Volume label-mates and Wyclef Jean. The MC recently explained where much of the tape’s influence came from, saying “it was inspired, mainly, by the storytelling of the ’90s.” A few of our favorite tracks remain “The Flavor” featuring SwizZz (prod by 6ix), a high-energy track that will most definitely be stuck in your head for hours, and “Cant Stop Wont Stop,” which was early indication that the project would be a huge step for the Dizzy. “We Turned Out Alright” has a different sound than the other tracks–its crooner vibe is a serious departure, and Wyclef‘s contribution brought the track to a new level. If you like classic hip-hop, you will definitely dig this tape. Give The Golden Age a listen and download below.
