I’ve been following STS since he was known as Sugar Tongue Slim, an ATLien with a high-pitched voice and a knack for creative similes. He’s come a long way since his first mixtape, Demand More, joining forces with Black Thought and Dice Raw, among others, to make up the Money Making Jam Boys and recently dropping the excellent Illustrious mixtape. The former pimp is back and is going to put his spin on a different popular hip-hop record each week. For “Great Mood,” STS goes in over the beat for Wale and Rick Ross‘ “That Way,” although the track has been altered a bit. Enjoy.
