<p>Detroit, Mich. female rapper Steppe N Here was born June 10th, 1993. She has been rapping since she was 8 years old. Her inspirations are Eminem, P. Diddy, Jay Z, To name a few. Back in 2014 she quit her subway job to pursue her music career. Steppe continued to release consist music videos and gained a following on the internet and in her city.</p>
<p>She recently released an EP titled <em>Triple Cross</em> on iTunes. Get to know her personally through her music videos and catchy lyrics. With not having much help from her parents, she took matters into her own hands and got on her grind to fund her career. She put her real life experiences into her craft.</p>
<p><strong>RESPECT.: Where you from?<br />
</strong>Steppe N Here: I’m from Detroit. The east side to be exact. But I also grew up in the suburbs too.</p>

<div><strong>RESPECT.: Who was your biggest inspiration growing up in the Motor City? </strong></div>
<div>Steppe N Here: I looked up to Eminem because he had a shitty family and still made his dreams work. I looked up to Big Sean because he risk his college scholarship to pursue his passion in music.</div>

<div>Steppe N Here: We known for making vehicles and wearing flashy clothing.</div>

<div><strong>RESPECT.:How did you first fall in love with hip-hop?<br />
</strong>Steppe N Here: When I was 8, I always used to watch Lil Bow Wow on TV and I loved the rapper lifestyle. After seeing that, I wrote my first rhyme and never looked back.</div>

<div><strong>RESPECT.: What made your pursue music?</strong></div>
<div>Steppe N Here: For me music is a passion. I don’t do music for the money. I literally express myself in my music. I don’t put out every song, but majority of them I do!</div>

<div><strong>RESPECT.: You recently released EP? </strong></div>
<div>Steppe N Here: Yes I did, called “Triple Cross” the title is pretty self explanatory. I only have 4 tracks on it. Track #3 is called “New Apartment”. Inspired by me putting a girl in a new apartment and her running off with the apartment and money. Life lesson.</div>

<div dir="auto">Steppe N Here: The lesson I learned being on my grind is nobody care about you and your problems. Get with it or get left basically.</div>

<div>Steppe N Here: The most important thing is saving your money!</div>

<div>Steppe N Here:  No. Definitely not a rookie. I been doing this for a while! Still learning as I go Though!</div>

Steppe N Here: Respect is two sided. Not one. If you want someone to respect you, you have to respect them.</div>
