This is our first glimpse at Lost Angeles-based artist Duncan Barton and we’re definitely here for his music and excited for what’s in store.

Since the release of his Concepts EP, music fans quickly gravitated towards the positive vibes in his music. Now, the producer, songwriter, and rapper originally from Maryland, returns with his new airy jam entitled “Health.” The Kiran produced record features fellow LA resident Solomonilla, who easily adds on to the soulful vibes of the record.

In the song, Duncan celebrates his health although he finds himself caught up in a few trials and tribulations.  “In the midst of it all, I still know that I’m blessed. I just got some things I gotta get off my chest.” By Duncan using his pen, the song is definitely therapeutic to him.

“Health” is the latest single off of Barton’s forthcoming EP Growth. As the EP is on its way, check out the new song below!

There is definitely a lot of great music circling the web but if you aren’t familiar with LA buzz maker Solomonilla, you need to educate yourself quickly. One track we absolutely can’t get enough of is his latest release entitled “Top Down” produced by Lil Yachty collaborator David Morse.

Solomonilla utilizes his signature melodic rap style and takes it to another level. After listening to this release, we cannot resist the urge to vibe out to this smooth new record. Coming off his EP 99 Overall which has propelled him to a new level of popularity, Solomonilla is letting it be known he’s just getting started.

After a short hiatus, 19-year-old emcee Billy Chambers drops off an upbeat new single titled “Followers.” It features fellow Rarehouse representative Solomonilla, as well as bouncy, synth-laden production from Booddha. This is just a one-off as he prepares his full-length album, due out later this year.
