Building his fan base, one fan at a time through social media and other forms, this Sin City rapper has an unwavering passion for creating music and connecting with those that may have been through similar circumstances of struggle.

“I’m just focused on doing shit ten times better. Trying to get features and drop music consistently. The game is saturated so if I’m not releasing music I feel like I’m sitting still.” 

Now with the pain of a severe accident behind him So Gaudy is focused on making moves with a new single “On Me” featuring multi-platinum rapper Soulja Boy. In addition to recently becoming an official SODMG rapper, So Gaud y has be at work with Kyle Massey, Strick from YSL and Boogz Boogetz to name a few.

“We recorded the track at my studio in Vegas, it’s another song in the bag. Realistically that’s my nigga – we got plenty of songs but really the song is about me not waiting on nobody for any situation,” So Gaudy said.  “I’m trying to work so I’m not waiting for anybody to get what I need done. Mu’fuckas that wanna ride the wave and get shit done they gonna ride with me, the ones that just wanna be lazy and make me wait for the shit aren’t in my best interest.”

On the track So Gaudy and Soulja Boy trade braggadocious verses as the two welcome in a new era at SODMG. The beat is a laid back bass heavy track with organ and piano sequences that culminate with a compact trap heavy drum roll.

Following the release of this single So Guady is prepping the release of his new mixtape The Vig which will features Kyle Massey, Strick, Sear(GRE) and features a bunch of singles that will be available onTunes, Spotify and all other streaming sites.  Following the mixtape  and the release of several singles, So Gaudy is planning to release his album For the Bitches later this year.

Now having worked with Strick, Kyle Massey, Soulja Boy and others, this rising Las Vegas talent is planting seeds and getting the features that will catapult him to new fanbases and larger audiences. As he gears up for those big releases So Gaudy lets off a loose track looking out for his GRE movement. 

“I haven’t put out a GRE track in a while so it was def time.” So Gaudy said. “One man doesn’t know what the next man has to do to get through life and the struggle is real. The money is real, getting your head pushed into the dirt is real and cats don’t even know about what someone really goes through trying to reach that next level of personal success.”

Surrounded by flashing lights, fast money and all that the Vegas strip offers, rapper So Gaudy emerged with a strong presence on the blogs and a chip on his shoulder to prove he had what it takes to make it in Hip-Hop. 

In addition to this audio release, So Gaudy has plans to keep the videos rolling as the Sin City rapper has been known to rattle off as many as 6 videos in one month. While most people travel to Vegas to shoot their music videos, So Gaudy and his GRE team have been in “Sin City” putting in work for years shooting their own videos and bringing their world to life.

After performing at SXSW for VirdiKo’s Bankroll Fresh tribute and since releasing two projects earlier this year (So So’s Way, Keys & Trees), So Gaudyhas been on a feverish push with fresh content.

“We’ve just been trying to stay consistent with the video releases. I think we did a video for almost every song on the last few projects” So Gaudy explained. “This project is a response to some of the people that have tried to ride the wave of my success over the past few years.I cut a lot of people off, I’m more focused, I’m dedicated to the craft and I’ve been stacking my bread with these past few releases.”

Gaudy shot a video for every song on each project via his YouTube channel.  Until visuals for this project begin rolling out fans can enjoy this 10 song effort available via DatPiff.

After performing at SXSW ,So Gaudy drops his debut album and returns with his video for“B**** I Ain’t Broke.” The visual depicts So Gaudy flashing cash amidst lean and strippers as he continues his push to be one one Vegas’ most popular artists.

This track appears on his project Keys & Trees, which is So Gaudy’s debut project, now available on all digital retail outlets online via his self-owned GRE imprint. Coming up So Gaudy has shows planned throughout California and is planning to release an official list of tour dates. make sure to follow him on social media for all updates and look for his video for the fan favorite coming soon!

We’ve just been trying to stay consistent with the video releases. I think we did a video for almost every song on the So So’s Way project so its pretty dope to see all of those songs come to life,” So Gaudy explained. “I put the tracks together about a year ago, but like we always do, we made some epic weed smoking songs and so far we are really happy with the response that the record has gotten so far.

Whether you’ve remained a fan from 2013 or just been following So Gaudy’s latest moves, you already know that he’s relentless in his pursuit of greatness and that hunger is ever apparent with his latest visual for, “Won’t Change.” With a sample resembling the love child of a Just Blaze instrumental and Dr. Dre beat circa mid 90’s, the track features chill west-coast verses and a pristine hook by Capo.

The video is full of tricked out El Caminos and kush—all to drive the point home that these dudes have no plans of forgetting their roots anytime soon. As for hearing more from So Gaudy?  Run back the clip for any confusion and he’ll tell you, “I’m really tied to this game.”
