Atlanta rapper Yung Zu has released a fire new single titled “392”. Just like most ATL creatives, he has a confident flow that remains consistent throughout. His rawness and heavy hitting punch lines, are two reasons why this is by far his biggest release to date.

You will hear Zu rapping about getting to the money while remaining loyal to himself. Some lyrics that stand out are “I know they want me to fall but I got some real n***a ways.” The June James & Liljumadedabest produced beat, compliments his vocals effortlessly. It is a direct ode to the new aged rap thriving in the ATL.

With the backing from Young Thug, Plies, Shawty Lo, Fetty Wap, & London Jae this budding MC is headed straight to stardom. He does an excellent job of letting music lovers experience the way he puts his creativity into song.

The funeral arrangements for Atlanta rapper Shawty Lo have now been released to the public.

The Washington Post reports that that the rapper’s funeral will be held October 1 at Jackson Memorial Baptist Church.

Shawty Lo’s manager, Johnnie Cabbell reported the funeral arrangements to local media and also shared a heartfelt message through Lo’s Twitter account following the rapper’s untimely demise.

“My brother has passed, He is no longer here but his spirit, his kind heart and his music will live on. Long live Shawty Lo King of Bankhead,” expressed Cabbell on the social media platform.

The MC passed September 21st after losing control of his 2016 Audi on the interstate and slamming into a tree before the vehicle burst into flames.

The unfortunate accident was first believed to be the result of a hit and run, but it was eventually determined that it was a single car accident.

Shawty Lo was 40 years old at the time of his death.

Many people are saddened by this unexpected death. Shawty Lo leaves behind 11 children and a ton of family and friends. When he was pronounced dead, his manager and long time friend, Johnnie Cabbell tweeted from Shawty Lo’s account: “My brother has passed, He is no longer here but his spirit, his kind heart and his music will live on. Long live Shawty Lo King of Bankhead.”

In the eyes of most Atlanta natives, Shawty Lo is a legend. From his first appearance on the rap scene with the dance crazed group, D4L to his solo endeavors, he was always genuine and dedicated to his work.

Rest in Peace Shawty Lo.
