Seattle Upstart, Aces, Debut’s Solo Album 87

Aces shares his new album, 87. The 14-track project marks the Seattle artist’s debut solo album. A narrative in its entirety, Aces talks everything from popping champagne, rocking gold chains, and living in the fast lane, to being a light of inspiration to those around him.

The project has a clear message: through drive, hunger, struggle, and relentlessness anything is possible. Limits exist only when you place them on yourself. The project features artists such as Royce Da 5’9, Layzie Bone, and Pacific Game, a group Aces is a part of with his brother MC S.A.V, Ceez and JMR. Production credits include Brian Rowland with Cold Clock Productions. Be sure to stream “87” via Apple Music/iTunes.

T.I. Releases New Single, “Check, Run It”

T.I. just might be giving us new music next week, as he continues to drop hints on his twitter for September 11th. After hitting us with his “Flicka Da Wrist” freestyle, he returns with the track “Check, Run It.” Produced by League Of Starz, the track is also available on iTunes. The track has potential for a near future remix by Meek Mill, if you listen to the flow of it. The month of September is already loaded with music releases, but it wouldn’t hurt to get a new T.I. project next week. We’ll just have to wait and see what TIP has up his sleeves next week. Boston Rapper, Jackie Jones found himself wondering around carefree in the center of the big apple in his music video for his track “Run It“. With a name based off Blaxploitation films, Jackie Jones, previously known as Frank Fetti has released 4 mix tapes and is releasing another one in early spring titled “SLACKADEMIA“. Run It, has the fun, upbeat, and catchy element that is in found in pop music with rap content and substance making it a exuberant track. Watch the video and try not to get this song stuck in your head, we dare you.
