Ruc Mr QB drops the video for “Weed & Hennessy” from his upcoming album Last Of A Dying Sound. The video was directed by Hostage Media and the song was produced by Soul Arkitech. Ruc Mr QB was raised in the notoriously known Queensbridge Houses located in Queens, New York. He established a well known name for himself as Ruc da Jackel working with fellow Queensbridge rapper Nas on the QB Finest album, as well as NBA player Metta World Peace (Ron Artest), and many more. Ruc Mr QB is definitely an artist to be on the lookout for.

Ruc Mr QB, who has been writing rhymes and rapping since the age of 12, joined a local rap group by the name of The Killa Kidz in the 1990′s. The group released numerous singles such as “96 Phenomenon” and “Time to Shine” before dismembering in early 2000. Ruc Mr QB teamed up with Nas for the “Queensbridge Finest” album in the year 2000, producing and rapping alongside Nas for the song “Real Niggaz”. Soon after, Ruc Mr QB and former Killa Kid member, Challace, teamed up with NBA player and fellow Queensbridge native, Metta World Peace, to help form the label Tru Warier Records.

Ruc “Mr. QB” as he has now dubbed himself, is currently working independently and has been featured on many mixtapes and albums. Now repping Crudluv, Warierbrand, and 848 Global, look out for Ruc’s new mixtape Last Of A Dying Sound coming soon. His latest album entitled I Am Queensbridge had features from Marley Marl, Craig G, Mobb Deep, Cormega, Nature, Capone, Blaq Poet, Tragedy Khadafi, Foul Monday, Godfather. Pt3, Big Twin, Mike D, Ms Shante, Challace, Nazarine, and Lake Da Kidd. It was released on August 6th, 2015 on Crud Luv Entertainment. Be sure and follow him now on Twitter.
