Rolling Loud had the biggest acts perform for the last set time on their three stages including Meek Mill, Travis Scott, Lil Uzi Vert and A$AP Rocky. There were also acts that fans looked forward to seeing such as Megan Thee Stallion, Blueface, Tyga, A Boogie, Trippie Red, Lil Tecca, Wu Tang Clan, Juice Wrld and more!

We all know Meek Mill for his strong beliefs and Activism towards prison reform. He was a victim of being treated unfairly by the justice system when he was still a target after already serving his time for a previous charge and completed Parole. A Philly judge sentenced the phenom rapper to 2 to 4 years in prison for violating probation in the nearly decade-old gun charge case.

Meek Mill knows far to well the way the system treats people of color, so he played the songs of the rappers that were banned from Rolling Loud by the NYPD. The performers included Casanova, Pop Smoke, 22GZ, Don Q, and Sheff G. They were banned by the NYPD because of “public safety concerns”.

Casanova took to Instagram to share his disdain for the NYPD’s decision of excluding him for the festival. He said it was unfair because his last felony conviction was 12 years ago.

Since Rolling Loud was free from any violent acts or unsafe situations, perhaps the performers that were banned will be allowed to perform next year. Meek Mill definitely showed love to them and hopefully he will try his best to put an effort to make changes as well.

Prominent artist streaming platform Audiomack, sponsored the Rolling Loud Miami Music Festival for the third consecutive year. The Audiomack stage set the bar high, having heavy hitters Juice Wrld, Wiz Khalifa, and Curren$y to perform. Additional performances fromRick Ross, Kevin Gates, Gucci Mane, Lil TJAY, YG, Young Thug, Lil Dirk, Meek Mill, Saweetie, Young MA, and YBN Cordae was the icing on the cake.

As this music excursion seen over 180,000 attendees this year, this festival has become the biggest music event to hit Miami! Audiomack CMO David Ponte says that “it is the biggest hip hop festival in the world that provides a platform for new artists as well as global superstars.”

One new artist that sent shock waves through the crowd is Lil Nas X. As he is currently the number #1 artist in the country music, he sat down with the Audiomack podcast for a dope interview. He graciously discussed doing hip hop and country, having a hit record, what it meant to perform at Rolling Loud.

Recently multi-talented singer and rapper Chef Sean had a special performance for fans at the Bay Area’s Rolling Loud Festival.

During the performance Chef Sean performed his new single “Benihana” that has already picked up with fans who were mouthing the lyrics throughout the performance.

“Rolling Loud was lit – it was great connecting with my fans.” Chef Sean said. “Without my fans none of this would be possible so the most important thing is to make sure they know I’m doing this for them.

Sean Chef got his start acting after he studied acting at Second City Theatre in Chicago. He would go on to make his feature film debut at age 12 in the MGM/Gramercy Pictures drama, Jason’s Lyric alongside Forrest Whitaker and Jada Pinkett Smith.  Sean also starred in Teeth and Blood which came out just a year ago.

There is nothing like good weather, beautiful women and even better vibes, and there is only one place to be during the month of May that includes all three. Out of all the festivals that go on during the year, not one is anywhere comparable to Rolling Loud. The line-up and ticket pricing for Rolling Loud 2018 have been released and — by the looks of it — this is one you don’t want to miss. Rolling Loud has had an epic impact to the culture, bringing an assortment of artists together.

During this time of year, Miami is not only flooded with fans from all over the United States but also todays moguls and fashion icons. Rolling Loud is one of the most highly anticipated and hyped festivals to attend in 2018 and there is no other festival that amounts to this magnitude. Following this years headliners, it’s hard to think that anyone thought it possible to have J. Cole, Travis Scott, Future, Lil Uzi Vert, Young Thug, Migos, Cardi B, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross performing on the same stage. The only way to digest an event of this magnitude is attending it, no matter what the cost is.

Looking back at last year’s recap should give you some insight of what to expect when stepping into this atmosphere. Rolling Loud isn’t like any other concert or festival, with over 40,000 fans projected to attend. With May just around the corner, the clock has started counting down until it is too late to get tickets. You can catch a glimpse of the aforementioned recap below if you want to get your vibes right; this is the place to be during this time of year.

Rolling Loud Festival has released its line up, and many fans are planning to go over the summer during Mother’s Day weekend in Miami, Florida for three days at the Hard Rock Stadium. J. Cole, Lil Uzi Vert, N*E*R*D*, Young Thug, Russ and many more are performing on Day One on May 11. Travis $cott, Migos, Wiz Khalifa, Cardi B, Gucci Mane and many more are performing on Day Two. Future, Post Malone, Lil’ Wayne, 21 Savage, Rick Ross and many more are performing on Day Three.

Migos recently released their second album, Culture II, this past Friday — a 24-track project with special guest appearances from Big Sean, 21 Savage, Ty Dolla $ign, 2 Chainz and many more. They will soon be headlining D.C.’s Broccoli Festival on Saturday, April 27th.

As far as Rolling Loud, tickets can be purchased beginning Friday, February 2nd at 10am. Peep the line up and let us know what you think.
