Los Angeles is a big city with a lot of different sectors. You’ve got Hollywood, Pomona, Inglewood, Marina Del Rey and other parts that all represent different things the city has to offer. One of those things it’s traditionally known for is the music, Hip-Hop specifically. Sticking to correctly numbered seven tracks, Brain$ick is an enjoyable project that sees the L.A. wordsmith flex the qualities that have made him an artist to watch. It could be lyrical prowess, like he showed on, “Coolin’” or the melodical instincts he exhibits on, “Migos,” Rit$y is more than on his way to stardom.
