We’re just under a week away from Rickie Jacobs’ Remember to Smile album, and now we have the latest offering from the project. To follow-up his “Guy Code” video, the Baltimore rapper drops off a Southern-influenced record,complimented with a bass-heavy, muffled beat. If you happen to live outside of the polar vortex, this is the perfect song to pop in your car and go cruising with right about now. Baltimore’s Rickie Jacobs comes through with slick new visuals for the first single off Remember to Smile. “Guy Code” starts off with an in-pocket delivery and morphs into a frantic, dubstep-infused ending. This song definitely isn’t for the ladies, but that seems to be the point. Check out the Samuel Rogers-directed video below. Remember to Smile arrives next Tuesday.
