Basketball player Iman Shumpert is doling out some bars to express his love in the visual for his song, “Promise.” In the sensually chill video featuring the NBA baller’s fiance Teyana Taylor, we not only see Shumpert perform his lyrics but the inspiration for said lines deliver a performance art piece of sorts while basking in her motherhood. Being the first single off his upcoming project Home Grown, it will be interesting to see what else the Cavaliers shooting guard has in store.
