Boston, being on the rise within the last couple of years, isn’t ready to let off of the gas pedal. Primo Profit — being one of the city’s representatives — has been making a statement with his abusive bars. Being of Colombian decent, he lays down bars on “Motorola” that are so pure that it’ll make your nose bleed. A classic verse from Dave East helps push the track further up on the charts painting a grimy picture. With the combination of Primo and East, it gives sense that New York now knows the potential that lies in Boston.

Primo also dropped the visuals for his record “Bag,,” laying out the blueprint on how to maneuver in these streets. Getting to the “Bag” anyway possible is the moral that most live by. Showcasing the streets of Colombia and his living environment, the phrase [from nothing to something] actually applies to him. The record is off of Primo’s recently released album LockSmith, set to release on December 15th, the project features appearances from Conway, Jadakiss and more.

“My debut project Locksmith is all about bringing Colombian culture to the forefront with an authentic story. We flew to Medellin [Colombia] with a film crew, no set, and shot people in their everyday lives.”
