New Music: Toronto’s Donnie Delivers “Heat ‘Em Up” Ft. Jimmy Prime

After dropping “On My Mind”, Toronto’s Donnie returns with a brand new track titled “Heat ‘Em Up” with a guest feature from his label mate and fellow crew member Jimmy Prime. Last time these two were seen on a track was “Million Dollar Questions” off Jimmy’s Block Boy EP. Heating up the streets for the winter time, the song catches Donnie delivering a blistering flow lacing the Grayson & D.R.O.-produced instrumental, whilst Jimmy Prime delivers his signature flow in his usual auto-tuned crooning vocals. Be on the look out for more music coming from Donnie. As for now, take in the record below.

Toronto’s Jay Whiss Drops “Watch This” Video

Keeping up with Toronto, meet a brand new artist Jay Whiss who’s first single premiered on OVO Sound Radio following up with a music video that dropped exculsively via Complex. The Tristan Prime-directed video catches Jay Whiss posted up at an abandoned gas station counting stacks in his Benz. The single sees Jay Whiss spitting rhythmic bars and steadily riding the Lani Christ-produced instrumental. Lookout for cameos by his label-mates Jimmy Prime, Donnie, and the rest of the Prime clan.

Prime’s steady rise to stardom started with Jimmy Prime and now we get a taste of other artists from the crew. There is no doubt this is just a beginning and their fans can expect some good music from them in the future. As for now, watch the video below.

After dropping his project Block Boy , Jimmy Prime returns with a video for the TrapMoneyBenny-produced record “Can’t Stop Myself”. Directed by Tristan Prime. The video sees Jimmy with a bright-red ATV that he takes for a solo ride through the 6. It is as smooth and luxurious as a commercial.

New Video: Jimmy Johnson – “I Wanna” (Prod. Eric Dingus)

Toronto native Jimmy Johnson drops the visual treatment for his second single “I Wanna” from his mixtape Red Ferrari. The Eric Dingus-produced track was recently premiered on Much Music channel, now it is available for the web to watch. The video concept is very simple but creates an impact as Jimmy raps/sings the lyrics “I wanna fast car, I wanna pool house, I wanna big house, I wanna yacht”. The aspiring video catches the glimpse of Jimmy hanging around in a big modern style luxury house with several girls taking care of his belongings and cooking away. The scene then switches to Jimmy Johnson driving around the city in his luxury car. This is just to keep his fans on their toes as they await patiently for the 6 rapper to drop more music and videos.
