Prophet The Artist has released a fire new video for his “Hurd Of Who” single. Hailing from Mont Vernon, New York, his Haitian upbringing and east coast influence pours out directly on his latest material. It is safe to say that Prophet is one of the hottest new acts coming out of Jersey. His swagger and original flow are two things to listen for when tapping in with this emcee.

Produced by Pluto, this record is by far Prophet’s best release to date. He does a great job spitting concrete lyrics over a booming, grungy beat. Some bars that stand out most on this release include “You crossing these streets look both ways, we don’t get to die from old age, I’m all in her face like old lady you talking down on me you don’t even know me.” His aggressive tone of voice reminds you of authentic east coast Hip Hop.

To ensure the success of this visual, he enlisted the help of director Kevin Von Puttkammer. Together they created a hardcore visual showcasing Prophet’s raw creativity in an assertive way. This release highlights Prophet’s love for his Haitian culture and community. His vision for creating a masterpiece to accompany an impressive body of work comes to life on this release. You will see the rising superstar in his element doing what he does best; influencing the culture through music.

In his latest three minute cut Toronto singer-songwriter Pluto explores the wonders of new love and renewed desire. He sings, “It’s like taking my first steps again, it’s like taking my first breath again,” against smooth production as he describes the vulnerability and blissfulness that comes along with falling in love after a rough heartbreak.

Last night, on the Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, Future and Pusha T performed “Move That Dope” from Future’s latest album, Honest, which dropped this week. It’s his first album since his 2012 debut, Pluto, which had five hit singles, including “Magic” and “Tony Montana.” Honest is more solemn, with darker undertones and introspective lyrics. It’s more gritty than light hearted, with songs like “Sh!t” and “Move That Dope” that recount life in the hood. Although it was hard to discern his word choice on The Tonight Show—was Future saying “dope” or “dough?” “Nigga” or something else?—Fallon clearly introduced the song as “Move That Dough.”

Even so, the pair, accompanied by The Roots, gave a great performance. Future looked fresh in his white jeans and sunglasses (which he never took off), and Pusha T killed it with his energy and strong delivery. By booking the two, Fallon was clearly trying to appeal to his increasingly younger audience and perhaps Future was trying to send a message, too. “Move That Dope” might be about selling drugs, but on a deeper level, it’s about the reality of being a young black men growing up in a society without equal opportunities or choices.

Future is back with his latest single that is actually a remix featuring Kelly Rowland.  The song follows in the same footsteps as Future’s most successful single to date, “Turn On The Lights.” The new single titled, “Neva End (Remix)”, is a great follow up single to “Turn On The Lights”, which is a original love story directed towards the ladies. The Organized Noize/Dungeon Family associate conceptually continues the love story (about the lady of his life), from where his last single left off and draws his listener closer towards the finish line. But, honestly all Future wants is for the relationship to “Neva End.”

For the last thirteen months, Future has been keeping the rap game on rapid fire with the success of his previous singles, “Tony Montana”, “Magic”, “Same Damn Time” and “Turn On The Lights.”  The XXL Freshmen of 2012 is headed towards continued success with his debut album, Pluto. And if Future continues to release singles like this, he’ll definitely be conquering the hip-hop game for years to come.

Drake and “Magic” feat. T.I. when the album drops on April 17th. Confirmed features include Drake, T.I., Ludacris, R. Kelly and Snoop Dogg.

The ATL auto-tuned crooner has done well for himself this year. After the infectious “Tony Montana” that dropped last year, a spot on the XXL Freshmen cover and generating all types of buzz on the mixtape scene from features and solo efforts alike, he’s finally set to release his debut album, Pluto. The list of guests is shaping up to be interesting: Drake, Snoop Dogg, Ludacris, and R. Kelly. You can expect to hear it on April 17th.
