Chicago collective Pivot Gang deserve the most-slept-on trophy right now for their April release You Can’t Sit With Us. This week, the Saba-led group deliver a black-and-white visual for album cut “Mortal Kombat,” which features Arkansas star Kari Faux.

On April 19th, Chicago-based collective Pivot Gang will release their new project You Can’t Sit With Us, which will see thirteen new tracks (including “Jason Statham, Pt. 2” and “Studio Ground Rules”).

This week, members Saba, MfnMelo and Joseph Chilliams bring forth another single from the project titled “Bad Boys,” which contains some smooth production courtesy of daedaePIVOT and sees hook duties handles by Smino. Check it out below.

New Music : Noname Gypsy featuring Saba – “Open Apology”

It seems like Chicago’s Noname Gypsy is never not working and apparently neither is Pivot Gang’s Saba. In following Noname’s recent drop of “Sparring“ and Saba’s newly released “Angels“ with Chance the Rapper, the Chicago natives decided to drop their new single “Open Apology“ . In case you’re not so familiar with Saba, now is the time and as far as Gypsy goes… you definitely got to get it together. Now of course with Chicago, there’s always more greatness in store and in this case, that’s still very true. Not only are Noname and Saba serving us a slice of heaven today, but they also have a performance coming up on the 21st of November at the Abbey Pub in Chicago along with fellow artists Ravyn Lenae, Smino, and Monte Booker. At this point, what is Chicago not giving us ? It’s a guarantee that it’s only up from here #ThankYouChicago.
