Following the success of his latest single, “Henny Way“, featuring SOB x RBE’s Yhung To, Bay Area rising star Lil Papi Jay continues the momentum with brand new single and video, intriguingly-entitled, “Holy Water“.

This time around, the young playboy links up with popular Atlanta recording artist Peewee Longway (“Rerocc”) for an “ice off”. Drapped in glaciers of ice from head to toe, Papi and Peewee shine with gritty street-influenced designer label verses along side a catchy party hook. Directed by Omar the Director, “Holy Water” is Lil Papi Jay’s biggest track to-date as he continues to skyrocket to the top of mainstream supremacy.

Signed to Money Rich Entertainment/RBC Records/eOne. “Holy Water” is the first official single release off of Lil Papi Jay’s debut full-length release, ‘Sink or Swim’. Papi will be hitting the road this Summer on his own self-promoted promotional tour as he is scheduled to release his debut album this Fall on all major streaming services.

This week, the new release of Gucci’s includes Peewee Longway in the trap anthem, “Pocket Watchin.” Clearly Gucci is fed up with those in his life that care more about his income than they should. You know the nosey a** people who just want some “tea.” Those who worry more about others’ business than their own. Gucci has been in his own lane since he’s been out and is sick of it. Who wouldn’t be though? That’s why Gucci is so relevant. He speaks on relatable topics.

Of course, the beat he’s preaching on is none other than Zaytoven‘s, who has produced countless hits with an array of artists and continues to keep new ones coming. The collaboration between Gucci, Peewee and Zaytoven is seamless as Peewee and Gucci play off of one another’s style differences. As Peewee fast raps about men and women worried about what he does instead of minding their own business, Guwop has his own signature Atlanta style.

Gucci doesn’t seem like he’s going to stop any time soon—his new album, Everybody Watchin’, comes out July 22nd, along with his fresh new image.

Atlanta’s own Peewee Longway released “Jackie Tan,” a single featuring two Taylor Gang artists Wiz Khalifa and Juicy J from his highly-anticipated forthcoming mixtape called, “Mr. Blue Benjamin.” It is your typical trap dance track with TM88 sirens that mentions Bobby and Whitney, doing the dash in the Bentley and everything else a trap fan could expect.

Fun Fact: When the song is coming to an end, I like to say the hook to O.T. Genasis‘ “Cut It”.

The time is nearing for Johnny Cinco’s highly anticipated I Swear mixtape. After delivering two solid offerings in “A Week Ago” and the Migos-assisted “I’m Straight,” John Popi is back with another banging anthem that will satisfy fans until his full-length arrives. Joined by Peewee Longway, “On My Line” displays the Atlanta rappers balancing each other out with their contrasting styles. Cinco croons his way over the piano-laced soundscape while the eccentric Longway delivers an animated verse and the result is a hard-hitting track with high replay value.

Peewee Longway had a solid year in 2014 that included the release of his well-received Blue M&M mixtape that brought forth heavy street anthems like “That Boy Right There,” “How High,” “Sneakin N Geekin,”  and “African Diamonds.” In addition, he appeared on tracks with Young Thug, Migos, Rich The Kid, Woop, Travis Scott and more southern talent, delivering strong guest verses en route to expanding his fan base.

This year, the Atlanta rapper looks to continue to build his resume with more quality material. Sometime soon, he is expected to release Blue M&M 2: King Size, the second installment of his Blue M&M series. He recently released the artwork for the highly anticipated project.
