]]> Irv Gotti—Murder Inc. CEO– and Ja Rule are up in arms over a copyrights claim they have brought against Richard Kid Music Inc.  The lawsuit brought by Murder Inc. claims over $57,000 lost in illegal representation concerning Ja Rule’s 2001 album, Pain is Love.

The lawsuit was brought only a week after rapper Ja Rule’s 2 1/2 year prison sentence began.  His sentence, which began June 11th, came as a result of an arrest in July 2007 for possession of a .40 caliber handgun.
