Portland producer Phoniks has had a big year. He released a great throwback project with Awon and is currently working on a new LP with Houston’s Anti-Lilly. Until then, he has put his soulful touch on some old hip-hop gems and breathed new life into them. Phoniks tackles Wu-Tang’s “CREAM,” Tribe’s “Stressed Out,” Jay Z’s “Feeling It” and more, adding a unique and relaxed vibe to the each song. Stream it below.
