A day or two ago, DeJ Loaf unleashed a pair of brand new loosies in the form of “You Don’t Know Me” and “I Got Problems”. After vibing out to both tracks, I decided to let DeJ’s Soundcloud ride; and I’m glad I did because that led me to a singer by the name of Neisha Neshae, who hails from Ypsilanti, Michigan. 

I don’t know how new or old it is, but Neisha’s “On A Cloud” grabbed my ears within seconds of hearing it. While Neisha can most likely be labeled as an R&B artist, her sound carries a bit of an edge, which separates her from a lot of what’s out here, today.

I’m a Buckeye ’til the death, so it’s not often that I’ll cosign anything coming from That State Up North, but Neisha Neshae definitely has it and one can only hope we get more music from her soon. Peep “On A Cloud”, below.
