Understanding the link between “hip-hop” culture and style, the Numbers On The Board artist claims this is exclusively part of the competitive spirit within the industry:

It started in the streets, it has always been a thing of the streets to be first. Fashion is really just standing up in the forefront and it’s being ever-mentioned at the same level as the music. That’s where it gets a little sketchy.

Recognizing a transformation overtime, King Push went onto explain that people are all about looking fresh even when their music isn’t matching such standards:

I sorta feel like if you are fresh, then your music doesn’t have to be that good because people are so keyed into the fashion.

This all comes in connection with Pusha T’s recent clothing line Curse Your Luxury, a quality collection that reflects his diverse swag in its entirety.
