DMV’s Hiphop artist, Noochie, who is gearing up for the highly anticipated release of his new mixtape, Product Of The DMV ,which drops on August 16, 2016, held nothing back with his new thought provoking record entitled: “JEROME” produced by RaRa and Mr. Williams, via OY Music Group In association with Empire Distribution.

This video displays what some may consider to be a very “touchy subject matter” especially due to the recent police killings, and the high rate of black on black crimes sweeping our nation. Noochie speaks directly from the eyes of a young black 21 year old male who lives this story everyday.
