As time dwindles before Louisiana emcee Joe Cool releases his next mixtape, he decided to drop this freestyle flow over Jay-Z‘s “Guess Who’s Back”.  Flowing over the classic instrumental, produced by Kanye West, he voices his opinion on our current president, Barack Obama.
