To commemorate Black Friday, Sheikh Shoes has announced that they will be collaborating with brands Starter, New Era and Timberland, for their ‘BLK ICE’ capsule.

Starting November 20th, you can cop your favorite team’s jacket and or hat in an all black style, accompanied by reflective accents. Make your ensemble complete with some blacked out Levi’s, as well as the 6″ boot, from Timberland.

“After paying attention to last year’s Black Friday/Holiday season, I wanted to create something exciting and new for this year”, says Kenny Mac, who is Sheikh Shoes’ Head of Marketing.

Yesterday New Era released another installment of their Flagbearers series, and New York’s own Talib Kweli got the spot for latest edition. The video shows Kweli chopping it up with New Era, and in doing so he talks about the city that helped make him the man he is today. This is some real talk with the Brooklyn-bred emcee, but one thing is for sure NYC is not a bad place to be. The popular hat brand, IMKING Inc., will soon be releasing its New Era “Blockade” headwear for the spring season. The new Blockade hats have a very clean and simple look. The two styles included in the series are an all-white fitted cap with a blue bill, and an all-red fitted cap with a black bill, both with the IMKING logo on the front. The IMKING Blockade caps will only be offered in sizes ranging from 7 1/4 to 8. Saturday, April 14th marks the Blockade debut online and at their flagship store.

Yesterday New Era released a video with some audio courtesy of Cookin’ Soul for their new 2012 line. There were no credits in the video, but that beat is tough. I don’t even rock fitteds to be honest, but I have to say some of these looked real fresh. Even if your not in the market to buy, you can still check out some of New Era’s newest offerings below.
