Although she claims that Jay-Z gracefully vowed to release her, Rita Ora is being countersued by Roc Nation for breach of her five-album contract.  Back in 2008, Ora, who was then 18, sealed the deal with the Roc, and according to her lawsuit in December against the label, they didn’t play their part.  She accused the label of being negligent towards her career and focusing on other pursuits, such as Tidal and Roc Nation Sports.

Roc Nation, however, claims to have invested millions in promoting Ora.  The organization considers Rita to be in her “second album cycle” and they’ve spent $2,353,500 so far on the promo for her sophomore LP, which has yet to be released.  Rita argues to have been paying out of pocket to market her own project. The label, on the other hand,  is totally not with the sh*ts and would like their money back.  Since the 5 album contract, the British songstress has only produced one album.

WELP……. Let’s just hope for the best….

Pusha T ‘s “Crutches, Crosses, Caskets” is another hot track that will be included on his highly anticipated upcoming album, King Push – Darkest Before Dawn: The Prelude, which drops December 18. 

The golden-hued short follows Pusha around an American Horror Story carousel, shots of silent nuns, and captures his poetic performance. The CEO of G.O.O.D. he’s describes himself as “Yasiel Puig, I’m in another league”. 

Media mogul Diddy is credited as the producer for this wavy track and he provides Pusha, with a catchy backbeat to trash talk over. It’s all very nasty -in a rated PG type of way. The track comes after “Untouchable” and “M.F.T.R. (More Famous Than Rich)”, which features The-Dream. 

The album seems to be something special. King Push brings out some heavy-hitters for the collection. His guests include Kanye West, A$AP Rock, Jill Scott, fans-favorite Kehlani, and Re-Up Gang member Ab-Liva. Check out the tracklist below. Watch the video now directed by Kid Art.

SZA was joined by Kendrick Lamar and Mac Miller at Red Bull Studios in Los Angeles and YAHOO! Music got all the exclusives. Kendrick slid from backstage right into his portion during the deeply spiritual cut “Babylon,” and Mac played Prince with his electric guitar for “U R.” Both are featured on her TDE release, Z.
