<p id="E14"><span id="E17">Miley Cyrus, Future, </span><span id="E18">Rae </span><span id="E20">Sremmu</span><span id="E21">rd</span><span id="E23">, Brandy, Diddy and Ciara all have one thing in common and that’s </span><span id="E24">super-producer, </span><span id="E25">Pierre Ramon Slaughter.</span><span id="E26"> </span><span id="E27">You may think you don’t know who the producer also known as</span><span id="E28">”</span><span id="E29"> </span><span id="E31">I</span><span id="E32">luvnazty</span><span id="E34">”</span><span id="E35"> is, but </span><span id="E36">if you </span><span id="E37">turn on any top radio station or </span><span id="E38">read a few billboard credits,</span><span id="E39"> you’ll definitely connect the dots. </span><span id="E40">The </span><span id="E42">Tupelo, </span><span id="E45">Mississippi</span><span id="E46"> native</span><span id="E47"> put the Magnolia state on the map. He introduced breakou</span><span id="E48">t duo</span><span id="E49"> and fellow </span><span id="E50">Mississippi r</span><span id="E51">apper</span><span id="E52">s, Rae </span><span id="E54">Sremmu</span><span id="E55">rd</span><span id="E57"> to the music scene, </span><span id="E58">moved major units with Future on “Move that D</span><span id="E59">ope”</span><span id="E60"> and brought the world to their feet with Miley Cyrus’</span><span id="E61"> “</span><span id="E63">Bangerz,</span><span id="E65">” “We Can’t Stop&#8221; and more.</span></p>

<p><strong><span id="E66">Slaughter</span><span id="E67">’</span></strong><span id="E68"><strong>s immense</strong> <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Songs_written_by_Pierre_Ramon_Slaughter">credits</a> display his versatility and musicianship, making him the go to producer when artists and labels need certified hits.</span><span id="E69"> His M</span><span id="E70">idas touch ranges </span><span id="E71">from hip hop to pop</span><span id="E72">, rock and </span><span id="E73">gospel. It doesn’t matter what the genre is Slaughter delivers every</span><span id="E74">&#8211;</span><span id="E75">time. </span><span id="E77">“Music is everything to me and I want to diversify and grow music in a way that pushes artist to be as creative as possible,” said Slaughter.</span></p>
<p id="E79"><span id="E80">After dedicating years to the other side of the music game, </span><span id="E81">Slaughter </span><span id="E82">went into a retreat</span><span id="E83"> for almost two years </span><span id="E84">and </span><span id="E85">focused on studying the business of music as well as the soul of music. During that time, he found </span><span id="E86">the </span><span id="E87">b</span><span id="E88">a</span><span id="E89">lance needed to be both successf</span><span id="E90">ul and happy</span><span id="E92">. </span><span id="E93">“</span><span id="E94">I learned a lot that I didn’t know about the business side of music and about publishing</span><span id="E95">, split royalties etc,&#8221; he said. </span></p>
<p><span id="E95">&#8220;This business is hectic. Sometimes you’re working non-stop and you need time to re-group and take a break.</span><span id="E96"> I want to prevent other producer from going through what I went through.”</span></p>
<p id="E98"><span id="E99">Slaughter </span><span id="E100">is </span><span id="E101">doing exactly this by concentrating</span><span id="E102"> on his own</span><span id="E103"> </span><span id="E104">unique label called Music Is My Label, which</span><span id="E105"> functions </span><span id="E106">as a tool to educate producers and artists.</span><span id="E107"> T</span><span id="E108">he label also operates as a </span><span id="E109">new age millennial artis</span><span id="E110">t</span><span id="E111"> and production development company </span><span id="E112">focusing on </span><span id="E113">not just the creative side of music but the mental and emotion</span><span id="E114">al wellbeing of hit</span><span id="E115">&#8211;</span><span id="E116">makers and artists. </span><span id="E117"> Slaughter </span><span id="E118">inte</span><span id="E119">n</span><span id="E120">ds to change the culture of the music business by inserting honesty a</span><span id="E121">n</span><span id="E122">d education into the equation.</span><span id="E123"> </span><span id="E124"> </span><span id="E125">The</span><span id="E126"> boot</span><span id="E127">-camp styled </span><span id="E128">t</span><span id="E129">r</span><span id="E130">aining center and support sy</span><span id="E131">s</span><span id="E132">tem </span><span id="E133">strengthens artists.</span><span id="E134"> “I</span><span id="E135">t’s a </span><span id="E137">zen</span><span id="E139"> and peaceful</span><span id="E140"> atmosp</span><span id="E141">here here,&#8221; said Salughter. &#8220;I’m </span><span id="E142">me</span><span id="E143">ntoring and strengthening producers through segments and workshops that we do </span><span id="E144">entitled the &#8216;Producers Block.&#8217; </span><span id="E146"> </span><span id="E149">We’re creating conversations via TV</span><span id="E153"> segments where producers can connect, learn and share among each </span><span id="E155">other</span><span id="E156"> .</span><span id="E158"> We have p</span><span id="E159">roducers &#8211; Kevin &#8220;KD&#8221; Davis; Tariq &#8220;</span><span id="E161">Blessd</span><span id="E163">&#8221; </span><span id="E165">Sharieff</span><span id="E167">, Chase &#8220;Chase the Money&#8221; Rose, </span><span id="E169">Subbeg</span><span id="E171"> &#8220;Rick Tick&#8221; Singh, Taylor &#8220;</span><span id="E173">T</span><span id="E174">ay</span><span id="E176">&#8221; Winfield and Quinton </span><span id="E178">Tolber</span><span id="E180"> all creating.
