“One day when I was supposed to shoot State Property, I was waiting for them on a bus, and for some reason, in comes Nas. This was at the height of the Nas-Jay beef, so when Nas asked if this was the Vibe shoot, I told him no. I was shooting State Property for XXL, and I prayed he would just get the hell off the bus. As he left he told me, ‘Tell Beans what’s up.’ Yeah, right.”
