Despite lacking as many Hip-Hop legends as some of the other powerhouse California cities, New San Diego has been one of the most productive scenes in the country. Boasting rising studs like Rossi Rock & Rob $tone, the city has been on the rise the last couple of years. Looking to enter the fold is native Maxamo, who checks in with his newest single, “SAVEMYLIFE.”

Set to the tone of some menacing production from C. Fre$co, “SAVEMYLIFE” is a high octane, energetic track that sees Maxamo rapping with flare and tenacity. Though the track could be mixed a bit better, the distorted vocals compliment the production fairly well and make for kind of a beautiful disaster.
