New Music: Kyle Brent Releases “Conundrum”

Massachusetts-based hip-hop artist, Kyle Brent announces his release, “Conundrum”. In Kyle’s newest release, he expresses the life cycle from birth to developing into the person you have become due to your experiences in this life. Kyle says, “Each person is unique, and has one shot to make their dreams a reality, so make the most of your chance.” Conundrum gives you a sense of Kyles urge to chase his dreams although it may seem difficult, there is a way to achieve it.

Kyle began creating music around the age of nine, after a friend introduced him to the art of free-styling. When he was thirteen he was given an opportunity to record in a real studio courtesy of executive engineer Tarik McFarland. McFarland then became the official engineer for Kyle during his entire high school career, as his music career began to take shape. He dropped his first mixtape at the age of fourteen, another one before he turned fifteen, and a third at the age of sixteen. In the beginning of 2016 Kyle signed to Made In The Shade Records, an indie label based out of both Denver, CO and L.A. and sense then Kyle has released two albums, seven singles, many music videos, and even two short films.

Kyle had a strong year of releases in 2016, and has a lot in store for 2017. He’s proven to be “one of the more popular and harder working indie artists in the game,” according to Hip-Hop Vibe. He has been in the studio with several producers around the globe, gearing up for a big year. Kyle Bent has been attracting the attention of many artists in the Hip-Hop scene, and is definitely someone to keep your eye on in 2017!

Rising Teen Artist Kyle Evan To Drop Debut Single, Snapchat

Massachusetts bred recording artist Kyle Evan, is hard at work. The 16 year old teen phenom is a singer, songwriter, producer, engineer and dancer. At the age of 10 he appeared at the Apollo and by 11 he covered a Michael Jackson record that garnered over 200,000 views on World Star Hip Hop. He has collaborated with Grammy nominated, Multi Platinum and Gold certified Mixing and Recording engineer Serge Tsai and recorded radio promo singles for Tony Guess, Kid Fresh, and the Hot Morning Crew (Nancy Barrow and DJ Buck) for Hot 93.7 WZMX.

Evan recently signed a production deal with music executive Malcolm Miles, CEO of Dreams Come True Music Group. Mr. Miles is a veteran in the music industry, with almost two decades worth of experience marketing and promoting some of the most successful and well-known artists of our time, at the most sought-after record labels in the world. With the strategic direction of Mr. Miles spearheading his career, success is inevitable.

Now after nearly a decade of training, writing, producing and perfecting his craft, Evan is ready to take his career to the next level. He is prepping the release of his new single “Snapchat” that he wrote, produced, arranged and engineered. “Snapchat” is a sexy, seductive, uptempo ballad that showcases his alluring vocal skills and witty and captivating lyrics. Born into a musical family in Springfield, Massachusetts, 16-year-old Kyle Evan got his start in the music industry from an early age, following in the footsteps of his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who have been performing for as long as he can remember. He first started making beats on his father’s computer at the tender age of 6 and by the time he was 7 Evan was already recording demos with his father, had songs on the radio, and had started performing on stage alongside his grandfather. Growing up, the stage and the studio were like second homes to him and while other kids had their minds set on the latest toy or their favorite cartoon, Evan always had his mind set on music, whether it was making beats, recording his next song, preparing for his next performance, or listening to other artists’ music for inspiration.

Though young, Evan is extremely focused, serious, and dedicated when it comes to his music. Under the guidance of his father and grandfather he has honed his skills as a performer and as a multi-talented artist with a mature, polished, and unique sound. Not only does he rap, sing, and dance, he also writes, produces, and engineers his own music in addition to designing the graphics and artwork for mixtapes as well as online content.

Among Evan’s greatest musical influences are first and foremost his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, but also The Delfonics, The Spinners, The S.O.S. Band, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, Stevie Wonder, Drake, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Kanye, Jay-Z, and Kendrick Lamar; with his biggest influence being Michael Jackson, whose music Evan cites as having played a major role in his life, including inspiring him to reach out to troubled youth and children suffering from illnesses. With such a wide range of influences Evan prefers not to box himself in as an artist or classify his music as belonging to any one particular genre but focuses instead on the content within his music and how he can better connect to and inspire his listeners. Music is his passion! His goal, as an artist, is for his music to be recognized for its quality, and ultimately to uplift and inspire people of all backgrounds and ages across the world.
