Mark Whitten went from working in a group home in Baltimore to generating more than $1 million through real estate without investing any of his own money or using his credit.

What separates Whitten from other real estate investors is his ability to coach people on how to make at least 6 figures without investing their own money or using their credit.

Whitten who graduated from Morgan State University couldn’t find a job in his field after college. His Childhood friend helped him get a job working in a group home in his hometown of Baltimore, Md. He hoped it would be temporary but while he was working 60+ hours a week. Unhappy with his situation, he turned to a college friend and his God mother who worked as a real estate investor.

Real Estate became an interest to Mark because Real Estate Investors make up the most millionaires in the nation. His God mother taught him the ins and out of the business. With her influence along with him taking the initiative to learn additional information, helped him flip his first home in 2009 with a $10,000.00 profit.

He learned that he would have to find someone to sell their property way below market value so that he can make a profit. Through hours of research he found specific websites and tools that helped him flip houses and profit without using his own money or credit. Whitten not only flips homes but he’s become a coach to help people do the same. To date he’s given away over 20 homes and helps families that qualify for Section 8.

He makes it his mission to teach so that he can build his community and help others.
