In preparation for their upcoming joint album, “Lost In Reality,” Mark Battles and Dizzy Wright grab the Fly America crew, Derek Luh and Euroz, for the appropriately titled “Cypher.” Oh yeah, let’s not forgot to mention that Cory Gunz, Chris Webby, and Emilio Rojas took part in the lyrical exercise as well, rounding out the total to seven incredibly talented MC’s on one record. Sure, we could ask who spit the best bars, but honestly, it’s all flame.

]]> King Los Mark Battles Broken SilenceBad Boy Records’ rising star lyricist King Los, who delivered arguably the strongest response to Kendrick Lamar‘s “Control” verse back in August, teams up with Indianapolis’ Mark Battles for Broken Silence. The mixtape is a nice way to end a fruitful year for Los, who is capable of crafting intricate bars on par with some of the best wordsmiths around, and some good exposure for Battles. All that, as well as assistance from high profile features like Wale and Ab-Soul, make up a project that should keep underground fans satisfied going into 2014. Download or stream it below.
