Taking its title from a 1972 Taiwanese film, “Execution in Autumn” is the latest Wu gem, courtesy of  Frank Dukes and Soul Temple Records. Frank Dukes linked up with the Wu for the Man with the Iron Fists soundtrack and we can see why that relationship has been maintained.

In the latest leak off what’s shaping up to be one hell of a soundtrack, The Man with the Iron Fists, the Wu team up with Kool G Rap for this lyrical assault. Ghostface’s verse is especially worth listening to. The Man with the Iron Fists OST drops October 23.

We got a snippet of this a few days ago and now the full thing has surfaced. Kanye goes back to his soulful days for this self-produced cut off RZA’s Man with the Iron Fists soundtrack, due out October 22.

RZA takes another step into the film industry with The Man With the Iron Fists. Written and directed by RZA, it is only fitting that it is a kung fu film. Universal Studios gave him a $20 million dollar budget to complete the film, which has been in talks since 2005.

Starring Russell Crowe and Lucy Liu, the movie sounds epic. Here’s the synopsis:

Since his arrival in China’s Jungle Village, the town’s blacksmith (RZA) has been forced by radical tribal factions to create elaborate tools of destruction. When the clans’ brewing war boils over, the stranger channels an ancient energy to transform himself into a human weapon. As he fights alongside iconic heroes and against soulless villains, one man must harness this power to become savior of his adopted people.

The film’s soundtrack will include new music from The Black Keys, Kanye West, RZA, Wiz Khalifa, and the Wu-Tang Clan. Produced by legendary film director Quentin Tarantino, The Man With the Iron Fists should be dope all around. There is no official release date, but the film will hit theaters some time this year.
