The musical, based on Ron Chernow’s biography of the first U.S. Treasury Secretary, won 11 Tony Awards including Best Musical, as well as the 2016 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and a Grammy for Best Musical Theater Album among others. Seats are generally sold out, but especially so for Miranda’s final performance which turned out a full house with people standing in the back in order to be in the room where it happened. Some tickets for the show were reportedly selling for $40,000 on some websites.

Miranda was not the only principle member of the show who had to teach us how to say goodbye that night. Phillipa Soo who played Eliza Schuyler and Leslie Odom Jr. acting as Aaron Burr also took their final bows. According to NBC, Soo will next be taking the lead in the musical stage production of the movie Amelie, and Odom Jr. is taking time to focus on his music, where he has a deal with S-Curve Records. Miranda, after working on the score for Disney’s upcoming movie Moana, will be playing opposite Emily Blunt in the Mary Poppins sequel that is in the works.

Hamilton will be going on its first national tour in 2017.

Nicki Minaj had a huge year in 2015 and TIME Magazine flawlessly captured the essence of it with the release of their “Top 100 Influential People” list.

This year’s list, which was released today includes some of last years biggest stars including Nicki Minaj, Idris Elba, Taraji P. Henson, Ryan Coogler, Ta-Nehisi Coates, Ariana Grande and Kendrick Lamar among others.

It’s no surprise that Nicki Minaj graces the cover, with her reign in the music industry and the business world overall is unmatched. In the article penned by YMCMB leader Lil’ Wayne, Weezy credits Nicki for not only setting the bar high for women, but men as well.

“Her work ethic speaks volumes and has yielded these results,” Lil’ Wayne wrote. “The scary thing is she’s still going. Ha! Nicki Minaj will go down as one of the best to do it in the history of music.”

If you thought Nicki on the list was epic, TIME has also released the official covers for the “Top 100” issue, of which only six of the celebrities were chosen for the cover. This year’s selected covers include Nicki Minaj, Leonado DiCaprio, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Priscilla Chan and Mark Zuckerberg, Christine Lagarde and Priyanka Chopra.
