If this doesn’t satisfy you, Spitta also announced earlier in the year that he has four other joint projects on the way. Those including Smokey Robinson 2: Smokey’s Revenge (Don Cannon), Fetti (Freddie Gibbs), The Marina EP (Harry Fraud) & Lacs n Chevys (Big KRIT). Hopefully they will all see the light before the end of 2017, but we may be in over our heads with that one.

Curtis Williams has returned with his new mixtape Danco SZN. The Atlanta emcee burst onto the scene in 2013 with the internet hit “Face it“.

Williams would later drop his cult classic debut tape Half Forgotten Daydreams. Since then Curtis has been featured in tracks produced by Mike Will Made it and featuring artists like Wiz Khalifa.

This time around Williams goes for a more robust sound on his new tape only including a handful of features including a collaboration with fellow Atlanta rapper, OG Maco.

Danco SZN is a quick project with only nine tracks, however, each song packs a punch. Williams enlists some of the heavyweight producers in the industry to handle the production on the project. This includes tracks with beats made by Sonny Digital and Lex Luger.

From a lyrical standpoint, Curtis takes a more aggressive approach to his bars and it pays off for him. Curtis’ aggression can really be felt on every track on this project and this really compliments the production. Standout cuts on the tape would have to be the headbanger, “Practice” and the menacing “No Strings Attached.”

If you’re looking for something new to bang in your whip or need a new gym playlist, then Danco SZN will be right up your alley.

Supreme Ace is moving through with his new single, “Down Forever.” The song features fellow Denver artist KingRyTheFirst (Ryan Alan) and then they blend their creativity over the Cardo-produced beat.

The track is offset by the two artists going back to the past and speaking on past relationships and more.

It’s not as if Ace didn’t recently drop his “Kings & Queens” track with KingRy back in the mid portion of May. Their chemistry has connected a lot, so why not do another one?

Back in October, Ace released his ‘Trill Influence‘ project and the buzz is still alarming from it. ‘Layovers in NYC‘ will be his project that is expected this summer. It’s been confirmed that the tape will include Two9, Lex Luger, Cyhi The Prynce, EarDrummers, and more.

Ace has been on a pretty consistent trail, that only grows as he continues to unleash new material to and for the people. “Down Forever” is a great way to get everyone excited for what’s to come this summer and beyond.

 If you’ve been keeping tabs on Virginia producers Lex Luger and Kinobeats, you’ve noticed that they’ve been making hella noise overseas.  As a Virginia native, personally, their progress is no surprise to me.  They’ve been doing music since their teens. From Lex and his camp recording in the bathroom at Jamel’s crib to Kinobeats doing production for Norfolk State University’s radio station, Hot 91.1 FM at 17 years of age. Now, in their twenties, they’re still going strong.

In this vlog, Life in the Sky, it showcases Europe’s response to the duo, to kicking it with their day ones in Virginia.
