RESPECT.: Describe to us on how it was to write “Leave Me Alone” since it’s such a catchy song?

I lock myself in my room and my songs are poems of how I feel. It was about a specific girl that I don’t want to mention on whom I don’t speak to anymore.

RESPECT.: How did you get the stage name?

I do a lot of activities when I was young, Flipp is my upbringing of when doing skateboarding and being different. I was either doing skateboarding or music.

RESPECT.: Tell us your Haitian background to being able to be an artist?

My parents came from Haiti and by being from the country, I was a fan of the culture.

RESPECT.: You recently went and performed at Rolling Loud, it was turnt at your set. How was it like performing for the first time there?

Rolling Loud was very exciting! It pushed me to continue to keep going. I was ready to turn up with my fans. The experience was overwhelming and blessed to be apart of.

RESPECT.: Any exclusives with DJ Khaled? Can you tell us what’s upcoming with you and him?

Savv saw what talent I have and presented it to Khaled. A few weeks later, I got a call from Khaled and he showed love and blessed me with many opportunities. He wanted to meet up with me and after that, we have built a relationship and established a connection musically.

RESPECT.: By being watched by Drake and other heavy hitters with the #1 single, how does it feel? Also, how does it feel and how was it to open for Tory Lanez on his Memories Don’t Die tour?

I am appreciative of the love i have received, from Drake to DJ Khaled and  by them looking and liking my thought process. It inspires me because they love the talent and I didn’t have to change for anyone.

Tory Lanez is one of my brothers and always has been by my side by shaping me by being the artist that I can be. He took me on tour to shape my craft and learn how to be one. From the sidelines, while opening up for him, I have watched and learned from his performances.

It opposes to it in a certain way. It uplifts something in me in a respectful way.

RESPECT.: Any new music coming soon or project?

There is a project in the works. It expresses how I feel and can’t wait for it to drop.
