Larry Brown Displays How Meaningful Support Is on New Tape, ‘Small City, Big Dreams’

Larry Brown releases his debut project, titled “Small City, Big Dreams”. Born and raised in the Bronx, NY Larry makes his distinctive mark. Known as an passionate innovator he was determined to influence the culture. He observed how many Bronx artist do not receive the correct exposure and acknowledgement they deserve. That prompt him to make a change. It inspired him to produce this entire project and be hands on completely. After curating over twenty tracks with more than twenty-five artists, producers and engineers he created a classic tape. This movement had the town talking about how rewarding it is to support each other. With all the recent positive feedback he discussed the creative process.

“The creative process was actually a fun learning experience, I came closer with music and a lot of dope unsigned artist. The Bronx is looked at as a smaller borough I used that concept to form “Small City” as the beginning title. “Big Dreams” was inspired by how big our goals are. After meeting up with some of the artists and producers, we began to work. I purchased a few beats and we began to record in the studio. We wanted to create a project where there’s a different song and vibe on each record. I want the listeners to give their honest opinions. I would like listeners to support the unsigned artist from their hometown. Support is the main thing needed to succeed.”
