Here’s a tour that should easily break records for 2018. Top Dawg Entertainment and its artists have announced The Championship Tour, which will feature everyone on its roster except Isaiah Rashad (?) — Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q, Jay Rock, Ab-Soul, SZA, SiR and Luke Skiiiwalker. Everything kicks off in May, as can be seen via the above schedule; tickets go on sale on the 24th of this month (Wednesday).

ScHoolboy Q is back with his follow-up album to his 2013 major label debut Oxymoron. The TDE rapper dropped his Blank Face LP last night with much fanfare from social media.

The LP features 17 tracks, including the two singles “That Part” and “Groovy Tony.” Schoolboy Q also has a slew of features on this record as well. From Jadakiss to new TDE member Lance Skiiiwalker, the Blank Face LP has a star-studded cast of guest appearances that you would expect a high profile album to have.

Already from just a couple of listens, I can tell you that Q has made an album more relatable to his Habits And Contradictions album that released in 2012 than Oxymoron.

On Habits And Contradictions, ScHoolboy (in my opinion) had a more diverse range of beats (“Hands on the Wheel” & “Grooveline pt.1″) and soulful samples. On the Blank Face LP, ScHoolboy Q goes back to those roots and it pays off for him with a bunch of memorable spots on the record.

From the back and forth flows between ScHoolboy and, Long beach native, Vince Staples on “Ride Out” to the melodic nature of “By Any Means,” Blank Face LP is full of tracks that should stay in rotation all of summer 16 and beyond.

Top Dawg Entertainment’s new signee, Lance Skiiiwalker gives us a new track and music video for “Could it Be.” Just week ago he was revealed to the world as the new TDE member and\released his previous track “Speed,” now he’s dropping visuals.

The was directed by PANAMÆRA and the little homies. In the video it seems that Lance has a big crush on a blonde haired beauty who is paying no attention to him at all. The most attention she gave him is when she flicks him off, while playing some tunes and staying glued to the book she was reading. Skiiiwalker even took it to oddly wearing some bunny ears, with some mickey mouse-like hands, but just like probably any other woman in this world, she wasn’t impressed by that. Next thing you know he’s giving her an apple, then she becomes unconscious, while the Chicago native take selfie’s with her. Not your typical music video or way to run game on a lady, I won’t tell you the end, but it’s obvious the leading lady of the video had a plan.

Lance Skiiiwalker may not seem like a guy you’d see in TDE, but from SZA, to K.Dot , to Schoolboy Q and so on, they all have something unique about them, which gives them the recognition they have today.

Following his latest release “Gumbo”, Jay Rock is back with a track dedicated to his city of Los Angeles, California. “90059” paints a vivid picture of the concrete jungle that Jay Rock calls home from the “winos in the alley” to the “hood rats plotting for the blue cheese”.
